1. Information Collection, Use, and Opting Out

We will only collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and the contents of any message you share with us) that you voluntarily provide through our website or email correspondence. This information will be used by us to respond to your inquiries, and/or supply you with requested information about Title Forward products and services. Title Forward may authorize third parties to collect, track and process such information on its behalf.

We also automatically receive and record information whenever you interact with the Site. This includes IP address data from our server logs, cookie information, the pages you request, your browser and/or operating system, and the URL of the site you came to the Site from. We use this automatically received information to help diagnose Site problems and performance, analyze trends, and administer and improve the Site.

We share your information with Title Forward personnel in the normal course of business. We also share some of your information with third parties, including our affiliated entity, Redfin Corporation, and our third party partners who support and promote our Site. Under our contracts with our third party partners, they are not allowed to use your information for any purpose other than supporting and promoting our Site. If you follow a link on our Site to a third party site, its privacy policy governs the collection and use of information you provide on that site.

5. Email Communications

We may communicate with our customers and potential customers about our products and services by email. If you opt-in to also receive marketing email messages, Title Forward may send you Title Forward-related news, surveys or promotions. If you do not want to receive alerts or marketing emails from us, please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions contained in the unwanted email message.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Title Forward reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will mean you accept those changes. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy here and may notify you by email or by means of a notice on our website. The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.

7. Children

The Site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian.
